recommended use:

Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity by increasing muscle energy levels. Increases muscle mass when used in conjunction with resistance training.

recommended dose:

(ADULTS) Take 2-5 grams daily. As an option for the first 5-7 days only, you could do a loading phase, taking 15-20 grams per day (maximum 5g per dose). Mix 1 scoop with 1520 ml (5 fl. oz.) of cold water, juice or your favorite drink.
