Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the shipping charges will not be refunded. We will contact you within 48-72 hrs with a Return Authorization Number, a Packing Slip and a Return Address that must be included with the package. Customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees. If the package is returned without the return label/return authorization number there could be delays in the refund processing or it may not be authorized. Exchange: We do not provide Exchanges. Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales. Retail Store Purchases: If you purchased a product at one of our retail partners, please return it to that store and they will facilitate any returns and exchanges. Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer.
